All of our courses come with 1 year of initial access. After you access has expired, we can give you a one-time free 30 day extension. We are unable to give any additional free extensions beyond this for any reason.

If you need additional time beyond this, the course will be 50% off for another 1 year. Please call us at 800-952-0910 to re-enroll.

Ipad, Iphone, and Ipod Touch Support - Our programs are currently based on Flash, which is not natively supported by these devices. However, there is a 3rd party PAID app that you can purchase through your App Store that acts as a new web browser and it supports Flash. The App is called Puffin. We have no affiliation with Puffin and no warranties are expressed or implied on our behalf.

Android Tablet and Phones - As long as you have Flash Player installed, our programs should work. Depending on your Android version, you should be able to download Flash Player from the Marketplace. If you are not able to download Flash, we would encourage you to download Puffin from your Play Store. We have no affiliation with Puffin and no warranties are expressed or implied on our behalf.

Blackberry Smart Phones - We have not tested our programs on Blackberrys'.

*We discourage using a smartphone, whether iPhone, Android or other, to take online.  The screen sizes are smaller and you might not be able to see or read the content.
